CRA website is ok but, it needs an app and 2FA other then text. my 2cents

Re: Starbucks Rewards Overhaul: Why Your “Free” Drink Now Has a $10 Price Cap

Nespresso is now offering some Starbucks coffee capsules too. :-)

Re: You Might Be Able to Share News Links on Facebook Again Soon: Here is Why

The bigger question is why are people still getting or wanting their news on Meta? Worst of all. media outlets for the most part have not shuttered their Meta accounts. Then you have those nutbars like @Park Jihyo who get their "facts" from only one source: TikTok. 🤦‍♂️

Re: “Not Implementing”: Ottawa Shuts Down Mandatory National Digital ID Rumours

Meanwhile. the vast majority of people would love to have their ID in digital form so they don't need to provide the plastic card to confirm ID or coverage.

I suppose those who are against digital ID are probably against sending documents by email, even encrypted email. They insist on sending documents by carrier pigeon, fax, or mail. Likewise, some financial institutions still insist on a physical bank teller's stamp for direct deposit or bank account linking and sending by mail risking identity theft. I remember when Revenue Canada /CRA was still sending full SIN on tax forms and letters.

Re: Starbucks Rewards Overhaul: Why Your “Free” Drink Now Has a $10 Price Cap

$10 limit!! These lower grade school programs will likely disable Gemini anyway to prevent cheating. In higher grades where the cpu is not locked in, the kids usually go with Macbook Airs or a PC. No kid I know will ever willingly choose a Chromebook.

Re: Apple CEO Tim Cook Calls for “Deescalation” After ICE Shooting in Minneapolis

This clearly butt-covering letter just makes it worse. The LACK of effort, not really taking responsibility for their DISMAL security and making NO offers to ensure their customers info is safe just confirms they really don't. They just care that they LOOK like they do🧐.
